Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of spotisolutions ("the service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

We provide a platform to order promotional streaming campaigns and to purchase access to streaming accounts, billed against a prepaid balance. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be of legal age to enter into a contract. One person or entity may not operate multiple accounts to abuse promotions.

3. Balance, top-ups & pricing

Orders are paid from your prepaid balance. Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider and are credited once the transaction is confirmed on-chain. Balance has no cash value, earns no interest, and is not transferable between accounts. Prices are shown before you confirm an order.

4. Orders & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Campaign performance depends on third-party platforms and networks outside our control. We dispatch orders on a best-effort basis and report progress as it becomes available.

5. Refunds

Where an order is not delivered, or is delivered materially short of what was ordered, a partial or full credit may be issued to your balance according to our refund logic. Refunds are returned as balance credit, not as cash. Completed and delivered orders are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to target content you do not own or are not authorised to promote. You may not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Third-party platforms

spotisolutions is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify or any other streaming platform. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Use of third-party platforms remains subject to those platforms' own terms, and you are responsible for your compliance with them.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
